CHARITIES AND DONATIONS REQUEST FORM

Marilyn Sholin Fine Art is pleased to support your organization. All of our donations are exclusively for nonprofit organizations. Any item we provide must be sold through silent auction. The opening bid will not be lower than 60% of the listed retail value. If the item is not sold, we require that it be returned to Marilyn Sholin Fine Art the next business day. If the item is priced at more than one hundred dollars, we must also receive the name and address of the buyer and the donation amount. Please provide us with the following information so that we can select the appropriate donation item for your event. To further benefit the charities in which Marilyn Sholin Fine Art donates a reproduction item, Marilyn Sholin Fine Art will consign a second item where the demand for the first creates a “bidding war”
